In case you would like to exchange any items from your recent order, kindly note:
- Contact for Items exchange must be done within 2 days from order receiving date.
- Exchanged items should have the original tags attached and should be in the original purchase condition (not washed, worn or altered).
- Original invoice is mandatory for exchange.
- During regular season: Exchange may take up to 10 days from order receiving date.
- During sales and promotions season: Exchange may take up to 15 days from order receiving date.
- Exchange period is up to 5 days from order receiving date for non-sale products, and 3 days for sale products.
- Items returned are not refundable for cash.
- Items returned are to be exchanged with other items at the same price of purchasing.
- Delivery fee for any exchanged item will be the responsibility of the customer only.
Exchange Exceptions
In general, our products can be exchanged only if the original label is still attached and the original receipt is present. The exceptions below apply:
- Women Panties and Girl Panties cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- The following products can be exchanged only if they are still sealed in the original package: Shapewear, Seamless, Bra Accessories, Fragrances, Women Tights, Girls Tights, Women Socks, Girls Socks.
- Swimwear bottoms can be exchanged only if the protective hygiene sticker is still on the product and if the original label is still attached.
RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS
- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for an exchange as per above return terms. Simply return the faulty goods by contacting our customer care team at 81 928 829 within 2 days from order receiving date.
- Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to exchange it, as per above return terms.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
